greetings one and all looking for call center work not telemarketing so anyone around the USA not excluding abroad but like was mentioned on another post would probably be next to imposible to find work overseas but i would consider anyway what kind of work are you doing. Secondly been doing this work on and off for 17 years and been my experiense that when the center changes software lot of time the blind agents are left outside, anyone had this experiense? because often the adaptive software isn't compatible or the tech that rehab or whatever blind agency their is who is entrusted with being able to say rescript in case of jaws, or whatever takes too long or has problems and the company says well sorry can't keep you on or our new software just isn't going to work.
